The 38-year-old femcee appeared at Hot 97's annual Summer Jam at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday, and showed off a sexy outfit that included a tight black corset, but it was her face that really stunned the crowd. Her cheekbones looked more sculpted and her pout seemed to be locked into a permanent duck face.
Although the recent photos were taken by a reputable news agency, in the past Kim has claimed her face has been rearranged by Photoshop, not plastic surgery. "I'm not putting up with that s--t no more," she once tweeted. "All they have been proving is I'm THAT b-tch with our without an album out & they always want to attack & bring down the real ones."
However, following this weekend's appearance, Kim was nothing but positive, tweeting, "Whata fun weekend!! I hope u all enjoyed ur surprise at Summer Jam NYC!!!" Maybe her new face was the "surprise."
Others, however, weren't as kind, with Nicki Minaj-affiliated @MyLittleOnika tweeting, "Girl u better sue! They using your face in a movie!" along with a pic of two masked characters from "The Purge."
