The Ideas of Tragedy and Profit from it are Irreconciable

Too soon? People are already selling Boston Marathon stuff on eBay

There's "too soon" and then there's "probably shouldn't ever happen." Some people selling Boston Marathon finishers' medals on eBay fit into the second category, especially if they're trying to profit from tragedy. At least five medals are for sale, and for Ashworth Awards, the company that makes the medals, that's five too many. "It's just disgusting," company President Dan Ashworth said (he thinks some medals might have been stolen from the finish line during the chaos after the attacks). EBay seller mlburatto tried to justify his or her actions, stating that $120 of the sale price will pay the entry fee for next year's Boston Marathon and that the rest will be donated to a "first responders or victims fund." [Source]
