Believing

Belief

I can’t imagine a world without belief

And neither could Descartes

The father of Modern Philosophy

“The only thing that he believed he could be certain of was that he was doubting”

Which was transformed in his methodology of mechanistic science

And to his famous phrase "Cogito ergo sum," (I think, therefore I am)

From this one phrase, he derived the rest of philosophy

Including the existence of God

As we acknowledge belief as a given in life

It does matter what we believe

Some people believe lies, rather than the truth

The truths of life can, sometimes, be hard to accept

Belief in the truth is release for total freedom in existence

No matter how long the doubt, the wait and the time

The truth will always, “rise as cream does”

To the top

The truth of life and existence

Encompasses all “truth and lies”

Belief in the truth and the true things  of life

Are insurmountable
