Glen Campbell moved into care facility - report
WENN
Country music legend Glen Campbell
has reportedly been moved into an Alzheimer's care facility as he continues to battle the condition that robbed him of his career.
The "Rhinestone Cowboy" singer has been suffering from the memory-stealing disease for over three years, and headed out on a farewell tour in 2012, while he could still recall the lyrics to his songs.
The 78 year old was admitted to the care facility last week, according to People.
A source close to the family tells the website, "I'm not sure what the permanent plan is for him yet. We'll know more next week."
The news comes just two days before a documentary about the singer/songwriter's final tour, titled Glen Campbell... I'll Be Me, debuts at the 2014 Nashville Film Festival in Tennessee.
