Burger King Adds Mobile Phone Payment Option

Fresh on the heels of Starbucks announcing a tipping feature on its iPhone app, Burger King is introducing a new app that will let consumers purchase food using their mobile phones. Bloombergreports the new app will be available in April and will be accepted in all 7,000 Burger King locations within a few months. Want fries with that burger? The new app will also send users coupons and other sweet deals for $1 drinks and fries.
