Readers of the site ranked Santa Fe the fifth-snobbiest city in the nation, tied with Seattle, in its annual 2013 America’s Favorite City Survey.
The survey factored in some of the great determiners of nose-in-the-airedness, including “a reputation for aloof and smarty-pants residents,” as well as artisanal coffee houses, “conspicuous eco-consciousness” and more, to determine its high-falutin’ champs.

The snobbiest city? San Francisco, followed by New York City, Boston and Minneapolis/St. Paul.
Representatives from the Santa Fe Convention and Visitors Bureau couldn’t immediately be reached for comment Monday.
