Someone You Love

When you talk with someone you love on the phone

You can talk about absolutely nothing 

And it is still really a good time and good conversation

Before my sister passed, we talked every day on the phone

And we had long moments of silence

Saying absolutely nothing to each other

It was just the experience of knowing and sensing each other’s presence

And breathing!!

She was my best friend and I still grieve my loss
