Humane Treatment of Pets
If you own a dog as a pet, he should be able to live inside, especially in inclement weather. Went outside this morning in 30 degree weather and I saw a dog outside on a leash. My heart broke and I said to myself, "why own a dog" if you are going to leave him outside, Period! Some way, "well, he has fur". In the summer when the heat is unbearable for us, it is also unbearable for them. All pet owners, treat the pet as a family member !! Word!
