I Like Mexican Fathers....

I live in New Mexico, moved from Phoenix where there are tons of Mexican families. The fathers are there in the food markets and shopping malls with their children, loving and caring. Why doesn't the moral majority speak of this cultural staple of Mexicans when they speak of family values that America needs/ Why not point out that Mexicans can be used as an example?
