Why Does America Flaunt Wealthy Americans in Economic Depression

Just an op ed

Right in front of us, all in the media and on TV, we constantly see and hear about those who have insurmountable wealth, e.g. Kobe Bryant's 24 million dollar payday and all the other billionaires in the world. Some have honestly earned their wealth and others have just fleeced America. When many middle class Americans are loosing or have lost their homes, jobs, savings and moderate well being. Still America, and all of the media keep shoving this wealth in our faces. I find it extremely non caring, pretentious as we hear all of the time how America has a tremendous deficit and needs to cut all kinds of programs that help people.

Conservative Republicans keep throwing in our faces that we are becoming a Socialist Country and a need to continue free enterprise. The problem is corruption in D.C. and billionaire corporations that gouge Americans, even at the breakfast and dinner table. The playing field has never been fair.
