DQ and Carvel are for peasants — foodies who want a high-class milkshake need to head to Hollywood. The Powder Room, a new nightclub set to open Friday in California, isn’t messing around with one of the creamy concoctions on its menu: the "Velvet Goldmine," a $500 milkshake made with premium spirits, fine Belgian chocolate and edible gold.
