Yes, Any Federal Government Is A Leviathan !!!

But what is earth to do with more than 7 billion people and China with almost 1.5.
We can certainly do what China has done, i.e., limit one child per family. Something
seems immoral about that, but China is also insistent about holding on to territories.

A governing body is definitely needed for the care of its people. So this is what countries
do, effectively or non effectively. Some believe that the earth has resources to care for its
peoples. Just doesn't seem right that earth and its "power over creativity and procreation" would run out of
resources to care for its inhabitants. Is it possible that the disproportionate distribution of wealth has something to do with it; and the clear advantages, some ill gotten, has anything to do with it?
