Are "Laryngeal Shaves Ever Therapeutically Necessary ?


Is this Bruce Jenner's first step towards a sex change?

Till now reports were simply asking whether he's doing it, but now it seems Bruce Jenner - Kim Kardashian's ex-step father - may have already taken one giant step towards gender reassignment.

According to reports, Chris underwent what's called a 'laryngeal shave' procedure - done to soften the appearance of the Adam's apple - earlier in the month. 


He reportedly entered The Beverly Hills Surgical Center during the morning morning of January 19 and met with famed plastic surgeon Dr. Stephen J. Pincus, who then carried out the surgery.

The buzz started after Jenner was spotted leaving the clinic in a high neck jacket, with bandages taped to his neck.

According to experts, a laryngeal shave is carried before the patient undergoes the complete gender reassignment procedure, and so may be the case here as we
